Tallahassee’s Capital Twirlers Square Dance Club kicked off its beginner class on September 19th from 7-8 p.m., held in the Tallahassee Senior Center's second floor ballroom under the guidance of internationally renowned caller Elmer Sheffield. This course runs weekly on Mondays over a period of about 12 to 15 weeks.
