Unity Ecstatic Dance Ashland
In this vibrant community of souls, we share an undying passion for movement, music, and connection. Our journey together has been nothing short of magical over the past 4+ years, thanks to the love, energy, and dedication from our dear dance tribe.
We gather every week at Jackson Wellsprings in Ashland, Oregon, transforming the sacred meadow into a canvas for heartfelt expression. DJs from across the region provide us with an array of sounds that inspire us to move, grow, and evolve through ecstatic dance.
As we approach the of this incredible era, it's time to celebrate our roots and embrace what lies ahead. Our last weekly dance is scheduled for Thursday, July 30th at Jackson Wellsprings under the creative influences of DJs Shakti Rising and Miss Chief, with a touch of soulful trumpet from Lady Kiah.
Our journey together has been marked by growth, healing, and unforgettable moments of unity and joy. As we step away from weekly dances in preparation for new beginnings, it's important to the love we've shared and how it has enriched each other's lives.
Sylvn Brown will carry on with leading Unity Ecstatic Dance Ashland post-July, ensuring that the tradition continues its vibrant presence. We're thrilled to also have Yemanjo return for a special performance on October 8th.
To all who have danced with us, shared stories, and added their unique flavor to our collective experience – thank you from the depths of our hearts. Your passion, commitment, and connection have been a true gift that we will forever cherish.
As we prepare to close this chapter and embrace new opportunities, let's keep the spirit of unity alive in our hearts and carry forward with courage and enthusiasm for what lies ahead.
